For this Smoothie we need-
- One-fourth cup of Mango
- One cup of Orange Peeled
- One cup of chopped cucumber
- One tablespoon of flax seeds
- One cup of Spinach.
The process will be the same. Put the green leaf first and blend it until the chunks are gone. Then put Mango and orange peeled and blend them. Now put cucumber and flax seed respectively mix them properly. Your green Smoothie is ready.
Kale with Pineapple and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients we need to make this smoothie:
- Half cup of Coconut milk
- Two cups of stemmed and chopped kale
- One and a half cup of chopped pineapple
- One ripe banana chopped.
Process: Combine the coconut milk, half cup water, the kale, banana, and pineapple in a blender and blend it until it gets smooth. It will make a puree. After one minute, add water to get the consistency you required.
