Breastfed babies and newborn babies

Newborn babies and breastfed babies do not require any additional foods like juices. Babies are born with a nourished body. You must never consume fruits and vegetables to them. Their body gets nutrition at that period from mother. So you shouldn't try any juice to them.

The baby who are 2 to 3 years of age

Soft fruits in minimal amount are good for the babies who are two to three years old. They are allowed to eat mangoes, pears, apples, banana, tomatoes and some other types of soft foods in a minimal amount. In 2 to 3 years of age, babies start to taste the solid type foods in a small proportion. Slowly you introduce fruits and vegetables to their food habit and diet. Toddlers do not like all foods. But try to give them a little bit of every food including soft veggies and fruits. At last try different food at once and slowly they will start to get used to a healthy diet.

Four to eight years kids

Kids who 4 to 8 years old take lots of new and unfamiliar foods. Digestive system also increases during that time. Sometimes they like to eat unhealthy junk food in their school, restaurants and outside. In this time you have the responsibility to take care of their nutrition and diet.

You add fresh juice in their diet instead of soft fruits for eating. You begin with sleazy fruits or vegetables with water measuring in the right proportion. You can follow the advice of doctors and dietitians. Juice and water should be in a ratio of 1:1 for smooth digest in their body.
9 to 12 years old kids

Kids of nine to twelve take solid fruits and vegetables. You add ½ cup of sleazy fruit or vegetable juice with one part of water according to the recipe. After a particular time, the kids can take the neat juice of ½ cup or 120 ml. There will be no digestion problem. If certain fruit or veggie does not suit the kid, then do not force them to consume its juice.
Generally, teenagers can take one cup of fresh juice without having any issue. If they are not habituated to consume juice, then try a bit smaller amount first.
